AI literacy & implementation
1:1 AI mastery built on your real work. You leave running systems you built yourself.
Most clients come for the hours back. They stay for what they realize they can build.
The Last Mile
There are more capable AI agents than ever, and anyone can get one. That was supposed to be the difficult part. It turned out not to be.
What remains is the last mile: knowing what to ask for, and understanding how a model works. Most people rewrite the same request five times, get something that looks right, and give up, concluding AI does not work for them.
The answer is literacy, and no tool ships with it.
Both kinds of people are welcome here. What matters is that you leave more capable than you arrived.
We work one-on-one on your own business. You learn to build AI workflows and judge whether they work. The 8-to-10-week program gives you time to put that into practice, with me alongside you.
You bring the problem. I build and ship the system. Done-for-you implementation, for when you need the work delivered and don't want to take on the build yourself.
Tell me what you need and I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right fit. If I'm not, I'll point you toward someone who is.

Guidance & Education
Build the literacy to do it yourself
We build on your live work, from a single session pack to a 3-month executive intensive. Session packs build your AI literacy. The Self-Sufficiency Program builds your AI business.
90-Minute Working Session
A paid deep dive that turns this diagnosis into a scored roadmap for your actual workflows: what to automate, what to buy, what to build, in what order. You get the report and a video walkthrough. The blueprint is yours to keep — implement it yourself, or with me.
Normally $497 · €417. Launch pricing while the format is new.
5 · 10 · 20 Packs
Session packs (5, 10, 20) that build your AI literacy, from first understanding to full independence. Start with 5 and scale up. Most clients choose 5 or 10.
5, 10, and 20-session packs save up to 15%
8-Week Build Sprint
The 8-week Build Sprint (AI Self-Sufficiency Program) ships a launched AI-powered service or brand by week 8. A proven playbook, 10–15 coaching sessions, and async support throughout, so you finish with something real to sell, not just notes from sessions.
No lock-in. You leave with a launched service, the playbook, and the skills — they're yours whether or not we keep working together.

The 51-minute conversation: why 80% of the work should be planning before execution, how to structure AI context so a model actually helps, and what changes when a small team adopts AI.
The Intelligence Series Ep.01, recorded with Subvisual, September 2026.
CCMP, Agile Coaching, and four more. I teach founders and operators to run AI systems without me.
One-on-one AI guidance
Most "training" hands you tools and leaves. This is a partnership. We build the mental models that make AI click, then test them live on your real work. You leave with judgment you keep — and a larger idea of what your business can become.
AI feels overwhelming until you have a frame for it. We start with how it actually works, in plain terms, mapped to your role. The mental model that lets you evaluate any new tool yourself.
Then we run that model against your real work. The bottleneck you walked in with, the workflow eating your week. You watch it hold up or break, and adjust.
By the end you're making the calls about where AI fits in your work and building from there.

Professional Services Firm · Built in 5 days
Team spent 4–6 hours per day answering repetitive client queries across email and WhatsApp. Response times stretched 8+ hours. Clients complained about slow turnaround. The team was drowning in busywork, watching their real priorities slip.
Built an n8n workflow that routes incoming queries, drafts context-aware responses using AI, and sends them through approved channels. Human reviews only edge cases.
Consulting & Advisory Practice · Delivered in 2 weeks
Potential clients bounced during service booking. The payment backend required multiple steps, no live chat support, and complex queries went unanswered. High abandonment at checkout. Potential revenue walked away while the checkout flow stood in the way.
Redesigned the purchase UX to 2 steps. Added a custom chatbot that handles pricing questions, service comparisons, and booking. Integrated payment backend with one-click checkout.
Remote Operations Team · Built in 10 days
Distributed team held many recurring meetings weekly. Action items got lost in notes. Follow-up ate into everyone's week. Critical decisions slipped through gaps between tools. The team was putting in hours but seeing nothing stick.
Built a pipeline that transcribes meetings, extracts action items, assigns owners, creates calendar reminders, and sends weekly digests. Connected Slack, Calendar, and project management tools.
