Don't Let AI Outpace Your People.Bridge the Gap. Unlock Real Value.
AI insights are free. Belief change is priceless. I help you stop burning budget on strategies your team will never execute, and start building a culture that treats AI as a competitive edge, not a threat.
Organizations I’ve Partnered With

AI Adoption Stalls Due To Organisational Readiness, Not Technical Capability
Incentives, workflows, decision rights, and risk tolerance often remain unchanged, meaning AI is layered onto existing processes rather than reshaping them.
Many employees secretly use AI to boost productivity but fear disclosure due to unclear policies or concerns about job security. Without leadership creating a safe environment for experimentation, AI’s potential remains under-leveraged.
AI adoption is not just about technology rollout. It demands rethinking workflows, incentives, and the nature of work itself. Most companies lack the internal muscle for this kind of organizational innovation, relying instead on generic consultants or outdated playbooks.
People vary widely in their willingness and ability to adopt AI—from resistant skeptics to eager experimenters. Traditional change management treats everyone the same, slowing progress and increasing friction.
Many leaders remain stuck in first order thinking—linear, control-focused, and uncomfortable with uncertainty—hindering agile responses to AI’s evolving landscape. Emotional intelligence (EQ) and second order thinking are rare but critical for leading AI transformation.
AI tools often don’t seamlessly fit existing workflows or legacy systems, frustrating users and reducing adoption rates.
How I Work: Mindset-Centered AI Adoption
Adoption has become easy. Impact and momentum has not. I act as the bridge between insight and human action. My methodology is unapologetically human-centered:
Why I Don’t Do Free Work
Anyone can get AI to generate reports. But belief change can’t be tested for free. The differentiator is no longer who experiments with AI, but who redesigns how decisions and accountability actually work.
When you invest in a paid discovery session, we diagnose your team’s resistance and readiness upfront. This ensures every strategy I design isn’t just smart — it’s adoptable. No RFPs. No speculative work. Just clarity-first partnerships built on mutual commitment. I work with one client at a time.
Why This Matters
Move beyond isolated productivity gains to systemic transformation.
Equip your people with the mindsets and skills to thrive alongside AI.
Accelerate adoption and scale by focusing on the right people and cultural shifts.
Navigate complexity with emotionally intelligent leadership and adaptive strategies.

About Me
For years, I've watched a recurring scene: well-intentioned leaders invest heavily in new technology, but the output remains flat because the organization's "immune system" treats change as a threat. This results in "AI Theatre"—significant activity with zero meaningful ROI.
The bottlenecks aren't technical; it's linear mindsets attempting to manage an exponential reality. Most firms treat AI like a standard software rollout, but true adoption requires a culture of continuous experimentation and psychological readiness.
I act as a Fractional Change Architect, helping you upgrade your organisation's "operating system" to achieve 10x growth rather than incremental 10% improvements. My approach focuses on three human pillars:
- →Identifying High-Readiness Innovators:A minority of individuals in your company is naturally wired for uncertainty. Using linguistic behavioral intelligence, I identify "Results" thinkers through their existing communication styles, bypassing friction and politics of traditional surveys.
- →Bypassing Organisational Inertia:I help seed innovation at the "edge" of your company. By building rapid pilots with your high-readiness people, we secure early wins that justify further investment and stop "talent hoarding" in silos.
- →From Linear to Adaptive Leadership:I coach leaders to move from "First-Order" (command-and-control) thinking to "Adaptive Intelligence" (EQ). While IQ handles repeatable work, the age of AI requires the emotional maturity to navigate complex, non-linear problem-solving.
- →Aligning Transformational Purpose:I help craft an Impact-Driven Vision so aspirational that it aligns your team and attracts a wider community, ensuring you stay focused in a world of endless distractions.
By implementing distributed authority models and real-time performance dashboards, your teams can operate like independent, high-velocity squads. We stop over-planning for five years and start executing in real-time.

Alex A.
COO at Aragon.org
I have worked with Alex for the past two years at Aragon across several roles as the team lead. It's not every day you come across someone who combines a strong work ethic with an impressive attention to detail, but that's exactly what Alex does. He also has the ability to get on with anyone on the team and was a valuable asset throughout several Org changes which kept the team engaged and as informed as they could be.He has an incredibly open-minded approach to challenges and his skill to build consensus in our team has been invaluable alongside being able to take initiatives and projects from ideation to completion with very little input. This was crucial in our small team as different projects would often pop up and Alex was the first to step up. Alex's dedication and insight enhanced our team dynamics and he was flexible with whatever task was thrown his way. His experience as an Agile coach only added to his skill set in the team helping all of our operations remain agile and efficient. He would undoubtedly be a valuable asset to any team he joins. I look forward to what ever challenge he take on next.

Alex is one of the best change and program management professionals I've run across in transformation. He approaches each initiative with an eye toward the future technologies and how they impact the organization, productivity, and value creation. He's also just a high EQ leader who loves mentoring and coaching others into the next best version of themselves.

I had the pleasure of meeting Alex, a futurist and Analyst through Lunchclub. We talked about the future and Web3, and it was then that I realized I might have found myself a Web3 mentor. Alex is calm, patient, and is very generous with his knowledge. One important lesson I got from him was to TINKER. Just keep tinkering with the ecosystem and learn. And that's exactly what I ended up doing, thanks to his guidance. Alex is a great mentor and I would recommend him to anyone who wants to do a deep dive into Web3.

Alex was one of the most significant members of the Aragon team throughout 2022 and 2023. He is extraordinarily proactive, doesn't wait to be told what to do, and will always give his ear to bounce ideas off of - now matter how esoteric they might be! If anyone needs this kind of dynamic energy on their team, it is an absolute no brainer that they should speak with Alex.A little bit on our background working together - while he initially joined to help our teams with Agile, Scrum, etc., the reality was that we were in a small and constantly changing environment, so the needs of every contributor evolved as much. He took this as an opportunity to flexibly do a little bit of everything across the entire organization without getting comfortable doing just what he was hired for. When he eventually evolved into a more Human Resources-related role, he was a natural. (Note to HR professionals: there is also something nice about having someone with a background in Agile to better understand the culture of working rather than just culture in the abstract)He also led the planning for several of our companywide offsites, and they were widely considered by attendees as some of the best ones we've had.

Alex really made a huge difference in the operations at Aragon, ensuring every member of the team felt heard and seen — rare in many tech companies today. He also ensured that each member was focused on their personal development and helped us adapt our skills as the organization’s needs shifted. He would make a great addition to any project.

Alex has been one of the most engaging and positive SCRUM masters I have ever worked with. He makes sure that all stakeholders on his team are on board and feeling engaged. He raises risks when they come up and I just feel like nothing ever really goes unnoticed by him. He not only focuses on the business at hand but also focuses on the growth of everyone around him and elevates everyone. It has been a true pleasure working with him and I would choose to work with him again anyday.

The Bottleneck Isn't the Code. It’s the Culture.
The era of buying off-the-shelf SaaS to solve unique problems is ending. Your teams will soon be building their own agent-driven solutions. But powerful tools in a rigid, fear-based structure only create faster chaos.
I do not sell software implementations. I diagnose and resolve the Organisational Inertia that stifles them.
I operate as a Distributed Authority Strategist, Agile Coach, and Change Architect, helping you build a responsive "Human Operating System" where autonomy, experimentation, and AI are native traits. I don’t just 'vibe code'; I build functional software prototypes to verify architectural assumptions and organizational alignment in real-time—unblocking your teams by proving what is actually possible.

Engagement
Retainers start at 1-month minimums.
Focus
High-impact diagnosis, "Edge" incubation, and cultural alignment.
Goal
To make myself obsolete by upgrading your internal team’s capability to handle the future alone.
Architectural Variable Pricing
I view pricing as a reflection of systemic variables, not a static barrier to entry. My rates are indexed based on three primary factors to ensure the highest probability of successful convergence:
1. Team Readiness Index
Organizations with existing Agile workflows or high technical literacy require less 'foundational repair.' If your team is ready to run, my fee adjusts to reflect the reduced friction.
2. Geographic Alignment
Innovation isn’t exclusive to high-GDP zones. I utilize Purchasing Power Parity (PPP) models to ensure my systemic blueprints are accessible to growth-stage organizations in emerging markets.
3. Performance Alignment
For high-impact 'Convergence Sprints,' I am open to structured 'Success Fees.' If we are measurably collapsing costs and increasing throughput, I am willing to share the risk—and the reward.
Note: My engagement capacity is capped to ensure architectural integrity. I prioritize projects based on systemic ROI and the 'Internal Catalyst' potential of the team.
